"The Red Rooster" is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom delightful beach home that comfortably sleeps 12. A three-story masterpiece, this home includes multiple porches to enjoy your morning coffee or that five o'clock cocktail. The Red Rooster has never been listed before!
Located in the heart of Seacrest Beach, you will love this neighborhood. The home backs up to a lovely park with corn hole and picnic tables. Additionally, directly out the front door, you'll find the path to the stunning 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool, featuring waterfalls, a splash zone, a poolside cafe with a picnic area, and ample loungers for sunbathing & umbrellas for some shade.
When you see this beautiful beach home, you'll know why we call it 'The Red Rooster.' You'll love the beautifully landscaped yard and welcoming front porch. Entering the house, the first floor of the Red Rooster has a charming Living Room with a sleeper sofa, chaise lounge, and Sony Smart TV, perfect for a movie night snuggled up together! A Master en suite with a bathroom and smart TV complete the first floor.
Heading upstairs to the second floor to the right, you'll find a King Suite with a screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying the outdoors or an excellent meditation spot; it additionally includes a bathroom with a shower. A middle bunk room with four twin beds and a full bathroom with a shower tub combo is perfect for the kids or singles with your group. To the left is another Master bedroom, including a shower and a wonderfully relaxing tub.
On the third floor, there's a great balcony and a cute little lounge area with a desk, the perfect place to get a little work done.
Some other great perks The Red Rooster has to offer includes a gas grill and a green egg for the grill master in your group! An outdoor shower makes rinsing off quick and easy.
There are also four bikes included with the property to make getting around super fun and convenient. Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach & Rosemary Beach are all a short walk or bike ride from The Red Rooster, with abundant dining, shopping, and entertainment. You'll never be bored!
A seasonal complimentary tram takes you to the beach access, which is a relaxing five-minute walk from the home.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

We found the house to be perfect. The house offered great outdoor patios for reading or enjoying wine. It was spacious and well-located in the community, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted. We walked every morning to one of the four coffee shops nearby. This location also gave us easy access to the pool and neighboring communities, where we enjoyed dining at incredible restaurants in the evenings.

My family and I loved our stay at the Red Rooster. The location was great! We were steps to the pool and restaurants. We also loved having the 4 bikes available for use. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you would need to make a great meal at home. My husband loved that they had a Big Green Egg and propane grill - big hit! The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Overall, we loved this house and would definitely come back and rent here.
