Things To Do In Gulf Place

Located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast, the colorful community of Gulf Place is one of 30A’s original new urban developments. The 25 acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces and plenty of park benches to sit and enjoy the views. What makes Gulf Place unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods is the mixture of full time residents and short term vacationers that all gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere.

While Gulf Place is technically defined by the dine/shop/live area at the corner of 393 and 30A, the area around it, which some refer to as Santa Rosa Beach, is commonly called Gulf Place. Generally speaking, the area on 30A between Dune Allen and Blue Mountain Beach, is widely and simply called, Gulf Place.
