Welcome to Swords Beach! Located in Laguna Beach (a hidden gem that’s just minutes away from 30A), this home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood across public beach access where the sugary white sands and emerald waters await you!
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and has everything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen comes fully equipped and opens to the cozy living area. Two large sliding doors open to the spacious balcony – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail! After a long day basking in the Florida sun, enjoy a refreshing swim in the large private pool or lay out on the tanning shelf. There is a gas grill and plenty of furniture to relax and unwind. Our guests are welcome to use our golf cart for quick beach access to and from the house.

And when you’re not spending your days on the beach, there is plenty more for you to do and see in the area! Dining and shopping are just a few minutes away from 30A and Pier Park. Take a stroll down to the beach in the evening and capture the unforgettable Florida sunsets.
The bottom unit is reserved for a long term tenant. There is no direct access between the bottom unit and property upstairs.
Our house keeping staff ensures a clean and disinfected environment before your arrival. All linens are stripped and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every checkout.
**Pool heat is $40/day**

**Cancellation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
