This amazing newly built luxury home is just steps from the private beach located in the Dunes of Destin community!
Once you enter "Sandprint Castle" you will find nothing but pure luxury and relaxation with views of the incredible outdoor area and resort style private pool! There's built-in pool seating, a waterfall hot tub and a game room right off the pool deck area which makes entertaining a breeze. There's also a King Suite, Hall Bunk Set(sleeps4) and a full bathroom on the first floor.
The next level accessible by stairs greets you with stunning finishes. The open floor plan connects the gourmet kitchen, living room and the gorgeous dining room. There 2 massive King Suites on this floor. They each include ensuite bathrooms and king beds.
You will find 3 more King Suites on the third floor, one with a private balcony perfect for your morning coffee or night cap! Each are equipped with a massive shower with gorgeous finishes and a built in double vanity. The bunk room is found behind the sliding barn doors, conveniently equipped with two full over full bunk beds, private closet and ensuite bathroom. There are also twin over twin built-in bunks in the 2nd game room area.
The outdoor area of this home is perfect for entertaining. It has a pool and hot tub, built in grilling station and a flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Great find!
Comfortable beds, flawless communication. HUGE gorgeous home, perfect for large group of close friends. So great everyone having their own bathroom. Pool and outdoor grilling area was amazing. They even had an ice machine!
