Welcome to Make it Sweet. This brand new construction home with private heated (for a fee) pool and 4 beach cruisers will be the most magical place to Make sweet memories at the beach. Situated in the heart of Seagrove and tucked away down a dead in street you are never far from the action but able to enjoy quiet evenings grilling and playing ping pong and being the ultimate Marco Polo champion in the backyard pool. With 2 covered parking spots and 4 additional spots to park do not fret about space. When you enter the home you are instantly made comfortable by the warm colors, high end finishes, and fantastic layout.
First Floor: Florida Outside living space complete with half bath, seating, and ping pong table. Second Floor: Living Room and dining room kitchen are all located within the front door as a great room style arrangement. Also on the first floor you will find a Bedroom with King bed and an attached bathroom with walk in shower. This bathroom is also accessed from living space. On Third floor you will find an additional living space for watching movies and hanging out. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Bunk Room with 5 Twin beds. Bedroom with King bed and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a separate washer and dryer. In the bedroom with the queen bed you will find a desk comfortable to completing work assignments.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
