Literally situated right on top of the hilltop, this beautiful 3-story home offers the ultimate beach vacation getaway.. Fresh and open main living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, large dining space, and spacious family room. Off the kitchen through double doors is the bunk room with a double over double bunk and a single over single bunk. Full bathroom right across the hall.
The second level boasts two enormous bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, double vanity sinks in the full bath, walk-in closet, and screened in porch. The secondary bedroom has a full bath, walk-in closet, and screened in porch where you can hear the ocean surf in the evening. Escape to the top level, the observation tower and deck, to find a lounge with wet bar leading to an outdoor deck with panoramic views to the Gulf of Mexico!
Check out these extras: Heated pool, large fenced backyard, spacious back deck, gas bbq with direct gas hookup, charcoal bbq, two bikes, and our favorite part of the home the GAME ROOM in the 2-car garage. Complete with ping-pong table, arcade game, 70" TV, and full size refrigerator. Tons of private parking on the oversized driveway.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
This is a special residence that literally sits on the peak of Hilltop Dr just 300 yards or so to the public Dune Allen Regional Beach Access and iconic Stinky's Fish Camp (restaurant) and Stinky's Bait Shack (bar/live music) offering some of the best musicians from as far as Nashville and New Orleans. This is the quiet side of the 30A and only 1 mile to some great shops and restaurants at Gulf Place. You have to check out Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar for some great seafood and casual fare restaurant on 30A. Named after the legendary fishing reef off the coast. The home is also super close to Publix, Super Walmart, and the high end shopping district in Sandestin. This place was absolutely perfect! All our 5 kiddos slept comfortably and loved the pool! The host were great and super helpful! Highly recommend for families wanting to have a great time in a private peaceful space!
This place was a great place for my family!! It was just a short walk to the beach & you can still see the ocean from all the outdoor decks!! Such a beautiful home & the area was so friendly & beautiful!! We WILL be back!!
The house was the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and the beach was absolutely stunning. We usually vacation in the keys, but this area was so much prettier and closer we plan on coming back. 10/10 would recommend the house, the beach, the owners, and the people.
