Welcome to Eastern Lake Escape! This newly remodeled home is located south of the highly desirable 30A. From here you’re a short distance from the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of Seagrove Beach! Eastern Lake Escape is the perfect vacation destination if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway just moments from the hustle and bustle of 30A.
Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The cozy back porch is the perfect place to sip on your morning coffee or evening cocktail while enjoying a gorgeous view of the lake. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a quick meal. The washer and dryer is available for guest use.

Seagrove Beach is centrally located to fabulous restaurants and places to shop. Although we know you could easily spend your days soaking up the Florida sun and making sandcastles, there is endless entertainment and outdoor activities for everyone! Our home is very convenient to Eastern Lake for kayaking, paddling, or sailing. Biking is the preferred method of travel here so be sure to rent a bike and explore the Timpoochee Trail or the other authentic beach neighborhoods of South Walton. Check out the Seaside shopping for some retail therapy! Enjoy some local restaurant hot spots like The Donut Hut, Cafe 30A, Angelina’s Pizzeria, Mi Casita, The Perfect Pig and Tom Thumb.

Our housekeeping staff ensures a clean and disinfected environment before your arrival. Towels, linens, comforters, etc. are stripped and removed from property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every checkout.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Perfect for the six of us! I loved having coffee on the porch looking out at Eastern Lake. Everyone enjoyed fishing off the private dock and kayaking to the beach. Great location for biking to local attractions. Kitchen is very well stocked. We needed more trash bags. Master bath is small. The rental company was very easy to communicate with. Overall would definitely recommend it!

Great location. Very clean. Two hair dryers running at same time blew fuse but was fixed within an hour. Loved sitting on porch for coffee or wine. You can hear the love music from across the lake at a restaurant which was nice. Comfortable beds.

House was very clean and was just as described. Well equipped and comfortable eating and sitting areas. Unfortunately it was not very quiet - 30A noise during day and squirrel in attic made sleeping difficult.

House is in the perfect location. A couple of things to note, the rooms are rather tight. Master bedroom only has a very small dresser inside of the closet and only space on one side of the bed for a nightstand. Note, this attached bathroom is tiny as a single vanity which you cannot open the drawers to without going all of the way into the bathroom and closing the door because the door is so close to the vanity. The kitchen is BARE minimum. The home sleeps 6, there was one wine glass in the entire kitchen, one frying pan. There was not a single container for use with a lid to use in the fridge. Be prepared for the very basics. I did call the management company requesting a wine bottle opener, a hairdryer and to report an ant problem but nobody every dropped off the requested items and there is a MAJOR ant problem with hundreds of ants marching up and down the frame of the front door. Overall, a nice house just could use a few additional items to feel like a home.
