Tucked away south of 30A in desirable Seagrove Beach, this fully renovated and remodeled 3br/2ba coastal condo at Beachside Villas is the perfect family retreat! Beach Shak features one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk with an additional single bed. The condo also features plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Sliding glass doors in the main living area and master bedroom open up to a large covered patio perfect for entertaining or catching an iconic 30A sunset.
Beachside Villas is located in Seagrove Beach on the south side of 30A featuring many amenities to further enhance your beach vacation. The community includes two pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, grilling areas and dedicated beach access walkway along with a golf cart trolley that takes you to and from the beach. Golf Cart Trolley provided by Beachside Villas runs from Spring - September. Eastern Lake, located within walking distance from Beach Shak, is a great location to drop in a paddle board or kayak for fishing, a light workout or to simply take in the natural beauty of the dune lake and wildlife. Popular restaurants along 30A include Old Florida Fish House and Cafe Thirty A, The Hub, with many event and dining options, and world-famous Seaside are just a bike ride or short drive away.
At Beach Shak, you are right in the heart of our 30A paradise. This will definitely be your new favorite spot to settle in and enjoy beach life!
Beachside Villas has leased a part of the beach (approximate size of 2 football fields) to the west of Beachside Villas just past the last beach front house on San Roy Road. It is a 1200 foot walk down the beach or down San Roy Road or you can take the golf cart shuttle that drops you off and picks you up (seasonally). If you choose to use the beach in front of the beach front homes, please only occupy the wet sand as the dry sand is reserved for the beach front home renters/owners.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Comfy beds, lots of space for our family of 4 to stretch out. Tennis/pickleball courts and 2 beach cruiser bikes. Close to beach, although you do have to walk a bit to get to the beach set aside for the property. There is a shuttle if you need it.

Vacation rentals can be hit or miss, Unit 333 at Beachside Villas is a winner. This condo has all new furnishings, appliances, finishes, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Great high speed internet and smart TV will keep the kids happy inside. But with the beach access literally 90 seconds away we spent our time there or in the heated pool right beside the building. An unexpected bonus is one of the coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake) is right next door and is an ideal place for the kids to play safely in the outfall. Great restaurants, family friendly entertainment, and coffee/ice cream shops are close by. We'll be back this summer.

Had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Shak. Host was very helpful and responsive, and provided great recommendations for local spots that were quiet and unique. Condo was super clean and the amenities and decor made it feel like we were staying in an exclusive resort. Convenient location and the condo was quiet...able to rest and recharge with friends. Beds, linens, dishwater, appliances, and furniture were brand new. Appreciated the small details like the high end blender, coffee machine, and alarm clock with a charging station for my phone. Balcony was huge and enjoyed our time in the chairs watching the perfect view of the sunset. Will definitely come back!
