Welcome to The Nest! At this beautiful carriage home, you’re situated in the heart of Park District - one of WaterColor’s luxury locations. This prime vacation rental is just a short stroll or bike ride away from the Beach, Town Center, and the surrounding communities of Seaside and Grayton Beach.
Our charming property comfortably sleeps 2 people! Featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette, and mini-fridge, The Nest has all the convenience you need for the perfect couple’s getaway!
When you’re not on the beach soaking up the Florida rays, there is tons of entertainment, shopping, and incredible dining options nearby! After spending the day browsing local shops and exploring beautiful Cerulean park, you can enjoy spectacular Gulf views and dinner at the award-winning restaurant, FOOW (Fish Out Of Water). You can rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard at the Boathouse and spend your days paddling the lake, or hike/bike your way through Grayton Beach State Park and Point Washington State Forest.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Great location. Perfect place for two people in an area where it is difficult to find a place for just 2 people. The address was misleading as the main house was the listed address and the rental unit was a garage loft apartment located off the alley at the rear of the house. Parking was super tight for a full size truck, made getting in and out of the unit difficult and we chose not to use our vehicle the whole stay due to the difficulty of getting it in and out of the parking spot

We had a great time staying at The Nest. The location can’t be beat!! Two blocks from the water and a block from the boathouse. We enjoyed all the amenities Watercolor has to offer — especially the lazy river at Camp Watercolor! The unit is small, but it was perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen! Would definitely stay again.
