The Nest Toggle favorite

The Nest is perfect for one or two people. The unit includes glassware, place settings, cooking utensils, etc. With the restaurants and cafes within walking distance, you probably don’t need to do any cooking but you can if desired. Access to the beach club was a plus. A very clean, well maintained location! Highly recommended. Just note that the parking is a bit narrow.

This was the perfect spot for me, my husband and our toddler. Had enough space to be comfortable and was in an amazing location. We were walking distance to the beach, beach club, pools, restaurants, shopping and Seaside. They provided everything we needed.

114 Buttercup was the perfect spot for 2 people looking to get away. The house was beautifully kept and perfectly described. The comfy king bed, roomy walk-in shower, and large mini fridge and microwave oven made the stay too easy. Not only was the house great, but so was the location. We left the car at home and walked everywhere, including Seaside square — just a half-mile from the front door. Watercolor offered so much as well. The management team communicated effectively and quickly. Genuinely would stay again and again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great spot for a couple or parent & kid with access to all the Watercolor amenities.

Great place to stay for a couple of days for a local wedding. Perfect for 2 people. Our WiFi went out one day (needed due to the somewhat poor cell phone service in the area) and the host company was responsive and came to fix it very quickly. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

One note: while a coffee maker/keurig is present, no coffee is provided, so would recommend picking up some coffee or k-cups on your way in if you are coffee drinkers.

Overall really enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed in seaside/watercolor a few times and this was the best place we’ve rented for 2 people! Will definitely come back.

Great location. Perfect place for two people in an area where it is difficult to find a place for just 2 people. The address was misleading as the main house was the listed address and the rental unit was a garage loft apartment located off the alley at the rear of the house. Parking was super tight for a full size truck, made getting in and out of the unit difficult and we chose not to use our vehicle the whole stay due to the difficulty of getting it in and out of the parking spot

We had a great time staying at The Nest. The location can’t be beat!! Two blocks from the water and a block from the boathouse. We enjoyed all the amenities Watercolor has to offer — especially the lazy river at Camp Watercolor! The unit is small, but it was perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen! Would definitely stay again.
