This luxury vacation destination has enough room for a large gathering across its 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and will comfortably fit all of your closest family and friends, up to 20 guests. From the coastal decor to the amazing outdoor spaces, this home is sure to impress. Simply relax and watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico on the second-floor, or rooftop deck or take a dip in the spacious private pool and hot tub.
Inside the home you will find two fully stocked kitchens with granite counter tops, two separate living rooms, two large family rooms, flat screen TVs, four king master suites, poolside cabana, gas grill, WiFi, various outdoor dining areas and two laundry areas. This house also has enough room for up to 6 cars! The home also features a handicap accessible bathroom located on the ground floor.
Make your way out back and you'll be in vacation bliss. Visitors are greeted by the lovely sculpted yard and adjacent private pool that provides relaxation and fun for all. With plenty of space to entertain, you can cook on the gas grill, relax under the poolside cabana, and dine outside while the family lounges by the pool in any of the multiple lounge chairs provided. The jacuzzi is heated nightly for your enjoyment and the pool can be heated during the winter months for an additional fee, making this the perfect, year-round vacation spot for the whole family. Beach access is located conveniently across the street and will lead you to the sugar white sands of Blue Mountain Beach. Take advantage of the amazing views that greet you from both the ground and upper floors. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop deck with some of the most scenic views in Blue Mountain Beach. It’s the perfect place to enjoy sunrise, sunset or a blanket of stars over the ocean at night. In this home you will make memories that will last for years to come. It is the perfect place for beach weddings, poolside receptions, company retreats, family reunions or many other options. Small family pets are welcome!

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Summer Breeze was great! Location was excellent, House was clean and provided every amenity on our wish list, including 2 kitchens. My only not so positive feedback is with heating of the hot tub. We never knew when the hot tub would be hot. Waited an hour and a half one day for the heat to kick on. It would be best if we could control when it was heated. Would probably save more on heating cost since it would only get heated when it’s being used and not randomly throughout the day or night.
