Just off 30A, Paradise Found is a lakefront home situated in a private gated community in Seagrove Beach! From here you’re only a 2 minute walk to the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. Also featured are Gulf views and a private heated pool! The pool can be heated at $40/day fee.
With 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, our home can comfortably sleep up to 20 people. Upon entering the home you’ll find a king bedroom and double king bedroom on the first floor. The two bedrooms on the first floor share a jetted tub and shower, as well as a wet bar in the common area.
On the second floor you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen opening to the spacious living and dining area. With porch access you’ll be able to enjoy Gulf views while sipping on your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Two bedrooms on the second floor share a balcony with each room featuring a twin over full bunk bed with a private bath.
The third floor features four bedrooms – including the master with a private bath and Gulf-facing balcony.
Seagrove Beach is centrally located to fabulous restaurants and places to shop. Although we know you could easily spend your days soaking up the Florida sun, there is endless entertainment and plenty of outdoor activities for everyone. Biking is the preferred method of travel here. Explore the Timpoochee Trail or other authentic beach neighborhoods of South Walton. There are numerous water sports to get into with equipment accessible to rent. Feeling hungry? Enjoy live music with a view at the Florida Fish House. Dining at Café 30 A is a tradition for our visitors.

Our housekeeping staff ensures a clean and disinfected environment. All towels, linens, etc. are stripped and removed from property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every checkout.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

PROS:
Location is superb: it’s a 2 min walk to a public beach. Plenty of parking. Ok views. Beds are comfy. Smells clean, looks clean and most everything works! Huge kitchen with all pots, pans, plates, cups you would ever need. Usable two car garage was a nice surprise! Two available refrigerators. Quiet, secluded neighborhood was excellent. Plenty of towels for everyone.
30min drive to Walmart. 15min drive to Publix. You’ll need this for paper towels, extra TP, water and condiments for your groceries (assuming you’ll cook during your stay). Otherwise, there’s plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
Amazing communication!
CONS:
Pool was cloudy and dirty. I think pool services should be tightened up.
Needs colder AC in lower level. It was warm in late May. Can’t imagine what it’s like in the summer. Other two levels are nice and cool.
Trash bins smelled like something died inside. Previous renters probably dumped open trash (no trash bags in house, so bring your own).

The staff was very quick and responsive to text messages. The house is Adequately stocked for 20 guests such as towels, dishes and parking. The beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area is very nice , but we couldn’t get the temperatures regulated… The pool was too hot and the hot tub was luke warm. There are a lot of stairs so you get a good leg workout . The description “steps to the beach “ is a little misleading . The beach is steps across the street and the access to the beach is about 100 yards from the house. The beach area is beautiful and worth the steps if you can walk distance. The house is very nice I would rent it again .

Beautiful house with a better than expected ocean view. Great set up for kids and families. Nicely situated to get to everything by bike. We really enjoyed our stay!
