The location was perfect right in the middle of a bustling beach town and a very short walk to the beach. Pools were nice as well and the unit was very cozy this place was excellent I give it a 10/10. Would easily recommend again and I plan to stay next year as well.

Location is perfect! Beach view and balcony facing the water. Walkable to restaurants and the beach. Parking is also great. We parked 20ft from the elevator.
Tv remote didn’t work, could turn on and flip to a few channels but that’s it.
Unit has a kureg style coffee maker but no coffee is provided so bring your own.

Super impressed with our last minute find! Perfect view of the beach from the balcony, easy and quick access to walk down to the beach access, lots of shopping and food within a short walk, and the condo was clean and exactly as listed. We would definitely book again in this exact spot!! Perfect for me and the kiddos.

The place was perfect for our mother daughter trip. The views were wonderful and the place was clean. I appreciate the extra towels provided. It was wonderful to go downstairs, hear live music and easily walk up to our place at night. There was a previous review about noise from the street but my daughter and I did not have any issues with street noise below at all.

There is an app you have to download to access any information about the property which I found moderately annoying. The fridge and freezer are very small (but totally adequate for only 2 people). I only wish when I had asked ahead of time about the ice maker, that they would have honestly told me the ice maker doesn't work. We could have gotten ice at our grocery run before checking in. The bed could benefit to have a sturdier frame. It was shaky for my daughter's 5' 3" 117lb and my 5' 5" 125lb bodies. I think a larger body might have a hard time being comfortable on that frame.

Great studio in the heart of Gulf Place. The view is great and the traffic noise is minimal. The studio provides privacy and a chance to sleep in with shades and curtains. The air conditioning unit is at the front of the studio and the cool air doesn't flow well to the bedroom and bathroom which were noticeably warmer. There are fans in all three rooms though, which helps. This spot is great otherwise and the host is super friendly.

A great place to wipe away the Northern Blues. The top corner unit was bright and quiet , and easily darkened for sleep…a perfect layout for 2. The area is dotted with fun shops and cafes/ restaurants and warm helpful people. Best of all walk across the street to sugar sand and yes, soft emerald water. Rte 30a was a joy to explore after 20 yrs. with its
Dune reserves, and the uniquely designed communities of South Walton beaches. Early May had just enough activity. Vacation company was very responsive…a little more specific guidance for check-in and parking please, and do re-cover the couch.

When I arrived it was very difficult to find which bldg was mine and parking was slim. I had to call to find out which bldg it was and the girl didn't even know. I found it and then I asked if there was an elevator or stairs and she said stairs. After, climbing four flight of stairs with my luggage I found out there actually is an elevator! Once I got to my condo there was a lockbox for the key. The number I was given on the app didn't work. So, I had to call her back and she gave me three other codes before the third code actually worked. Once inside it was just like it was shown on line. However, I discovered Friday night there were no bath towels. I had to use hand towels the entire visit. It was walkable which I liked since parking was limited but, not much to do. My TV went out Saturday I guess due to a thunderstorm but, it never came back on. I decided to leave early on Sunday and stay in a hotel room closer to the airport. I will not be returning. Hope this helps!

Very pleased with our stay here. Beautiful ocean view and nice little porch/overhang to have coffee at. We had a couple small issues but found the management company very responsive and fast to resolve any issues. Friendly too. Loved the location being near the beach, pools and restaurants. It is a bit of a busy corner that can be noisy at times but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! 🙂

Excellent beach condo, great view of the gulf, surrounded by good restaurants and shops yet we could not hear the noise of cars and diners outside. Nice and easy to walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the art booths located near the parking lot. Inside the unit was very comfortable. Long bathtub was nice to soak in after being in the cool gulf waters in March.
We would highly recommend this unit for any couple, or in our case with our 10 year old daughter.
One con is the blue sofa was so saggy we refused to sit on it. Would be solid 5 star review if that was replaced with a more firm sofa.

We stayed at this place for a whole week and it was amazing! Quick, responsive host, GREAT walkable location, and loved all of the restaurants and shops being attached to the place. They had a great stock of everything you could need, an amazing kitchen, and private accesses to the beach! It was just my boyfriend and I, and it is obviously a studio size, so definitely understand that if you have more people (although I think there is a sleeper sofa in the living room).
