And although we know you could easily spend your days soaking up the Florida rays, there is plenty more for you to do and explore! Grayton Beach is home to many art galleries, the world-famous Red Bar, and endless natural beauty at the Grayton Beach State Park. Grayton Seafood Company, the Grayton Beer Brew Pub, Nanbu Noodle Bar and Hurricane Oyster Bar are also must-stop restaurants while you’re in Grayton.

A full-sized washer and dryer is available for your convenience. Our housekeeping staff ensures a clean and disinfected environment before your arrival (including countertop surfaces, light switches, remotes, etc). All towels, linens, comforters, etc. are stripped and removed from property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every checkout.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient stay. Wonderful location to get to nearby restaurants and shops. Easy walk or bike to private access to the beach. The house was gorgeous and fit four couples and their belongings comfortably.

I really loved the property being my first Air BnB experience the bar is really set high. The place was really nice and even the neighbor was nice and inviting. There was a bad storm the first night which knocked out the tv and maintenance came the next day and was able to get a new tv. The communication was great. I would like to make this property my yearly vacation spot with family.
