Located in the stunning Cassine Station, a contemporary building that has won architectural awards for its unique design, you are just steps from the sugar white beaches of South Walton and all the area’s top shopping and entertainment.

With 2 large bedrooms and a bunk room, this spacious penthouse comfortably sleeps 8 people. As you enter ‘High Tide Cassine Station 402’ you are greeted by an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio all in one large and connected space. You will fall in love with the oversized covered patio with Gulf views! It is the perfect place to sit back and relax while listening to the waves roll in.

Back inside, the Master bedroom lives up to its name, with its extra large size, direct access to the patio and master bathroom with a huge jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom is extremely spacious as well and both rooms feature nice flat screen TVs. The bunk room gives the kids plenty of space and privacy as well as easy access to the second bathroom. Down the hall you will find a washroom with a full sized washer and dryer to make your stay even more convenient.

About Cassine Station:
This award winning property is located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach and offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, picnic areas, basketball hoop and a sunset deck. Cassine Station is walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants such as Cafe 30A, Angelina’s Pizzeria, The Perfect Pig and Mi Casita. There is an Emergency Care, a bank and several other businesses on the bottom floor and you are just a short bike ride to Seaside and all Scenic 30A has to offer. The beach access is just across 30A about 175 yards from your front door.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19 including.
