Welcome to Happy Ours! Just off 30A, this beautiful home is nestled in the peaceful, tree-lined subdivision of Grove by the Sea. Here you are only steps away from the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. The proximity of our home to the nearby beach villages Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton, Watersound, Alys and Rosemary make this spot an ideal location for all that 30A has to offer.
Happy Ours is a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom newly renovated home that comfortably sleeps up to 11 people. Hardwood floors run throughout, and the open floor plan is perfect for family entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and the spacious living room features a flat screen TV and cozy sofas for lounging. The back patio features a gas grill and firepit making it the perfect area for a family barbecue. The lovely master suite is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. The second level contains another master ensuite and queen guest room with built-in bunks and a daybed sleeping space. Off the queen guest room is an adorable playroom for the little ones. The large upstairs bedroom suites have French doors leading out to an expansive screened porch – the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a glass of wine! Grove by the Sea subdivision has two community pools, tennis courts and a playground.
Enjoy a bike ride on one of the 4 Yolo bikes at the property!
Seagrove Beach is centrally located to fabulous restaurants and places to shop. Although we know you could easily spend your days soaking up the Florida sun, there is endless entertainment and plenty of outdoor activities for everyone! Biking is the preferred method of travel here. Explore the Timpoochee Trail or other authentic beach neighborhoods of South Walton. There are numerous water sports to get into with equipment accessible to rent. Check out the Seaside shopping for some retail therapy! Enjoy some local restaurant hot spots like The Donut Hut, Cafe 30A, Angelina’s Pizzeria, Mi Casita, The Perfect Pig and Tom Thumb.

Washer and dryer access is available for our guests. Our housekeeping staff ensures a clean and disinfected property at every checkout. All towels, linens, etc. are stripped and removed from property for cleaning and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every turn.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Great house! We had plenty of room, and the house was perfect for little kids.
The walk to the beach wasn’t far and we loved being by the pool and tennis court as well!
