The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, toaster and regular coffee maker. This condo is located in the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway.
When you’re ready to soak in that Florida sun, head out to the community pool. This spacious outdoor sanctuary is equipped with loungers, palm trees, and a hot tub! When you’re ready to get your toes into the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, jump on the resort tram and head over to Miramar Beach. In just a few minutes, you can float in the emerald sea and let your troubles wash away.
Village of Baytowne Wharf is a great location for guests who love to eat out and have some fun. This open-air marketplace is walking distance from the condo and offers food for all ages and occasions, an adventure park, boutique shopping, and so much more.

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

By far i have stayed at many many Airbnb's, this one has had the best communication. The team was communicating before the arrival and requested for me to download an app. It was very easy and informative. The space was small but perfect for my little family. The condo itself was clean except when entering i noticed it had not been vacuumed fully through. That is the reason why i am giving a 4 star rating. The condo was easy to locate, plenty of parking, and ice cold A/C.
Arrive in the middle of the night unable to get into the QR code never been sent. Also attached to the app they had you download did not work to the door. Almost an hour and 15 minutes, trying to get a hold of someone with two 5 year old kids it was miserable. Also no luggage carts anywhere in site. Could not get a QR code until the next day to get in the parking garage had a one time code and when I tried to get back in the garage did not work again the next day.
Also, ceiling fan light are so loose fan has to be on low or the glass bowls are going to fall it sounds like.
The place was extremely nice and very clean. Just checking in was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever had to deal with.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay, the community where the unit is located has lots to do and is extremely walkable, our host were always responsive and the whole stay overall was amazing.
