Cancellations must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund minus a 5% cancellation fee and administrative charges. Cancellations made after the 90-day period will not be eligible for a refund. No discounts or refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance issues, outages, or noise disturbances. Stately reserves the right to adjust rates due to errors.
