Cassine Village, located in Seagrove Beach Florida along Scenic 30A, is a peaceful retreat, and “Dune Daze” is the perfect spot within the community to experience all that it has to offer.
This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers a spacious living and dining area, adjoined by a roomy and well-appointed kitchen, and a large screened porch. One of two King Masters with an en-suite bath, and a laundry room and half bath complete the first floor.
Upstairs are the remaining 4 bedrooms. The second King Master offers a private balcony and en-suite bath. There are two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room that offers a twin over queen bunk. This floor also has a second balcony as well.
Cassine Village adjoins Point Washington State Forest which offers biking and hiking trails. The community is filled with fitness trails, grills and picnic areas, and a basketball hoop. Other amenities include two pools, two tennis courts, a central park with a private lake with fish and a gazebo. There is something for everyone when you stay at “Dune Daze”!
The neighborhood is positioned just across from one of the many beach access points along Scenic Highway 30A. The bike path along 30A will take you to fun in either direction. 1.5 miles to the west is Seaside, and 2 miles to the east is The Big Chill (formerly known as The Hub), with Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just beyond, and further east. It is .4 miles or an 8 minute walk to the closest beach access at 1 Seagrove Place.

If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Great house with excellent management!
Our group loved this house and the location. The house was large with plenty of seating. The driveway can fit at five cars and maybe a small 6th. There was a great patio in the back that offered privacy. There were TVs in four of five bedrooms. The decor was simple but elegant. And the appliances are all updated. Received all info electronically from the company in advance and the transaction was easy. Easy and short walk to the beach access. Bring a colander if you will be making pasta. We would definitely stay here again.
We absolutely LOVED this home. We had the best trip and lasting memories. Everything was clean, great layout. Really great stocked kitchen. They thought of all the details. I can't wait to stay here for many, many years. I can't say enough positive things about it! Thank you for sharing your place to allow us to have such great quality family time that we get to cherish those memories for a lifetime.
We really enjoyed our stay in Cassine Village. The house was great and lived up to the online photos. We definitely recommend use of a golf cart or two to get to the beach, Seaside, etc. We were able to sleep eleven people comfortably in beds.
We really enjoyed this house. Emphasis on living area is just right. Overall this house is a good choice for our family.
