Welcome to Unit 1212! Our freshly renovated condo is situated within the most desired vacation rentals of Beachside Villas. Beachside Villas is a hidden gem just moments away from all the hotspots of Scenic 30A, and you’re only steps away from the gorgeous white sands and turquoise waters of Seagrove Beach!

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, unit 1212 can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen comes fully equipped and opens to the dining area and living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony! The master suite features a comfortable king bed and ensuite, and the guest room has king and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The condo is near one of the two pools in the complex

When you’re not spending your days on the beach, there is plenty to see and explore in the area! Our condo is near one of the two pools in the complex if you want to go for a refreshing dip after a long day in the Florida sun. Seagrove Beach is centrally located to fabulous restaurants and places to shop. Deer Lake and Eastern Lake are perfect for kayaking. Rent a bike a ride along the Timpoochee Trail and explore the other authentic beach neighborhoods of South Walton. If you’re feeling hungry, enjoy some incredible cuisine, beautiful Gulf views, and live music at the Florida Fish House. Dining at Café 30 A is a popular tradition for frequent visitors! Whatever you choose to do during your stay here, we know you’ll make unforgettable memories and we are happy to help with recommendations!

It is important to us that you feel right at home at Unit 1212. We are so excited to host you!

Washer and dryer access is available in our unit for your use. Our housekeeping staff ensures a clean and disinfected environment before your arrival. All towels, linens, comforters, etc. are stripped and removed from property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every checkout.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Convenient & centrally located condo on 30A. Short walk to the beach. Bonus for ground floor unit, easy access! This unit is in the very back of the cluster of buildings, so it was tucked in & private. Perfect for a beach getaway!! Complex was nice, recently updated, quite family atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

The condo
Was very comfortable and clean. The location was great with a walking/biking trail. The area was conveniently located with a short drive to Alys beach and Seaside. It had private access to a beautiful white sand beach. We were able to bring our dogs.

Perfect location. Love the condo. It was so clean. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were excellent to communicate with. The boardwalk to the beach is right near the parking lot of the condo and 30A is just a short walk away.
