You can’t beat this amazing location, as this luxury townhome is located directly across from Ed Walline, the biggest public beach access on 30A, and a short walk to some of the best shopping, entertainment and dining that the area has to offer. A quick and easy walk to the beach or Gulf Place, there really is no need to drive anywhere. However, if you feel like venturing out, you will be just a quick drive to Grayton Beach, Seaside and the rest of beautiful 30A.
The bottom floor of the Abacos features Pecan Jacks (best ice cream and candy on 30A), a surf shop, nail salon and spa, and the lively Growler Garage tap room. Next door is Shunk Gulley, one of the most popular and fun restaurants and live music venues on 30A. Talk about convenience!
Hop right across the street and you will discover the colorful and exciting Gulf Place community. Here you will find several award winning restaurants like the Perfect Pig, Pizza By The Sea and Shelby’s Bar and Grill. As well as everyone’s favorite little coffee shop, Sunrise Coffee and YOLO, the best place to rent paddle boards and electric bikes. There is also a liquor store, convenience store, an artist circle, plenty of boutique shopping and a large grass lawn that is pet friendly and the perfect place to play.
The immediate area also has world class golf courses, hiking trails, a bank, and Publix grocery store. That is, if you ever leave the beach!
The space
This professionally decorated, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation getaway is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing on the large balconies and watching the dolphins swim by. The well appointed master suite is plush and tranquil and sure to spoil you. The chef in the family will fall in love with the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen. While the kids will have all the privacy and comfort they desire in the second and third bedrooms, which come equipped with high speed internet, cable TV, plenty of storage and easy bathroom access.
The upstairs living room encourages you to sit down, take it easy and enjoy the fabulous emerald waters and white sand beach views. It opens to the fresh air balcony and is elegantly and luxuriously decorated. For additional entertainment you have a 70” smart TV with cable TV and will be able to use your own Netflix, Hulu, or another favorite streaming service account to watch your programming. The stylish dining room comfortably seats 8 and there are additional bar stools at the breakfast counter. There is also a dedicated workspace area for those who need to finish up some work before enjoying the beautiful Emerald Coast.
A full-size washer and dryer, coffee maker, blender, walk-in closets, plenty of luxury lines and beach towels are just some of the amenities we provide to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Your home is secured with a key/code entry only.
On-site assigned parking for 1 vehicle (there is actually one assigned parking spot for each unit, and some extra visitor spots) is immediately available behind the community and next to your community pool. Limited number of vehicles to no more than 2.
Bikes are the preferred mode of transportation up and down 30A. This property is located directly on the Timpoochee Trail, a beautiful 19 mile paved bike trail that runs along 30A and the Gulf, and takes you through all the different eclectic little beach towns along the way.
Abacos 30A follows the 30A standard of providing guests with a starter set of toiletries and amenities for the bath, kitchen, and laundry. This ensures guests have an opportunity to get settled without the need to rush to the supermarket.

Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Great walkable location in Santa Rosa! Bedrooms and living area were very comfortable, though the kitchen was a little lacking in cookware. That was our only complaint, and it’s a minor one. We’d stay here again!
The hosts were very easy to communicate with, very responsive, and extremely patient with our questions.
The space itself is everything you need. Great location. The beach and restaurants are easily walkable (less than 5 minutes). Cannot wait to book with them again!

As a first time AirBnB-er, they answered every question I asked in a timely manner! They even messaged me that we could check in early but unfortunately we were still on the road 🙁 but the place was just like the pictures! It was clean and smelled great!! The location was perfect— could see the ocean off the patio! The walk to the beach is not bad either! The beds felt amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Overall great place! Just as advertised, Beach is steps away. We had bikes and surfboards - thought it would be a problem with parking and securing bikes, but experienced no issues.
The place was clean and comfortable and the property manager and owner were incredibly responsive. Very short and convenient walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Would stay here again.
We had a great week! We have 3 young children and rented chairs/ umbrellas right on the beach; therefore the walk to the beach was super easy and close!!! Great communication, clean space, and great places to eat all around. Will be back, thanks!
