THE coolest beach cottage on 1 block from the beach!

This amazing home features absolute privacy with its oversized back deck and one of the largest back yards on 30A, along with an expansive front deck with over 1000 square feet of composite decking composed of multiple outdoor seating and dining areas. Sitting on the highest spot on the street, you can spot the Gulf off in the distance from the front porch while enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunsets!

And the best part.. the kitchen. HOLY COW!! A commercial style 6 burner , a hibachi , a pizza 2 ovens. (If it sounds intimidating, don't worry, we have an instructional video!) Finishing out the kitchen is 2 farmhouse sinks, a wine closet, a coffee bar, with built-ins and butcher block tops to prepare even the most lavish of feasts.

A to Sea is located one block north of 30A and the brand new beach Dune Allen Regional Beach access (with bathrooms and a ramp to the beach), in a peaceful, low key community just off the beaten path on the West End of 30A, 1.5 miles to Gulf Place (10 minutes on the bike path!), and between Sandestin and Blue Mountain Beach.

This home sits on a huge lot and a half, with plenty of room for outdoor games. The elevation of this lot makes it amongst the highest spots in NW Florida with Gulf views from the living room and the massive front deck.

Upstairs you will find the cozy main living area complete with vaulted inlaid wood and beam construction and an elegant (NON WORKING) Fireplace. There are 2 generous King bedrooms on this floor along with a full bath with dual vanities and a shower (with shower spray jets).

Downstairs will find another King bedroom, a full bath, and a second living room with a new pull-out Queen Sofa Bed that leads out onto the back deck. There is also a laundry room and kitchenette downstairs along with a 4 car garage. Perfect for bikes, golf carts, boats, jet skis, and anything else you need to secure.

There is tons of parking for at least 4 cars. This is one of the most spacious, private lots on all of 30A, yet this home is just a couple of minutes from the best restaurants around! It's a short walk to Stinky's Fish Camp, a short golf cart trip to Gulf Place, Shunk Gulley, Sunrise Coffee, and many other great places nearby. Within 7 miles of Seaside, Grayton Beach, and Sandestin......

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
